//YourStyle, YourVote Hey All, Tom and myself spent several hours yesterday going through alot of the entries and writing up a paragraph each for each video, 5 Pages, a couple of thousand words. And were part way through with the voting. Hopefully over the next few days we will be able to start posting the results. I want to know what video/s stand out for you. Whats your favourite and why? First off, Varitey was mosty UNCUT which shows Hyo's beasty skills. The moves were original and it had crisp quality. It was move after move after move. Just impressive. Creativiy, was just as it's title. Creative. The flourishing wasn't up to par with all the other folks out there, but the magic that I saw on there was amazing. I have never seen effects like that before. The intro was nice as well. I really do want to thank Tom and Alejandro because without them both it wouldnt have been anywhere near as brilliant. report abuse vote down vote up Votes: +0 ... written by JohnOwen, June 25, 2008 There are three distinct stand outs in this contest and those are -Brendan Conner's Naffstyle -Damian Lee's Volatile -Hyo's Variety -Brendan Conner's video encompasses his own unique style, and even thou I dont understand what naff means, his skill definately takes the cake. His camerawork should also be complemented. -Hyo's Variety has something that cannot be seen in alot of videos, and that is routining, and thus he does show alot of variety in his moves. His execution of moves are close to flawless and he definately knows how to work the camera lol. This kid has definately got chops. -Damian's Volatile is definately a video that should be up there if not the winner. His execution of moves and his incoporation of orginality in his displays and variations of flourishes and magic separates him from alot . The multiple camera angles and different backdrops shows how much effort was put into the video and it shows through in the production quality. I'm not going to come in here and start talking about why mine should win, because that wouldn't be right. In my opinion Wilson should win or place with his Elegance video. I've seen this kid in person, and he deserves to be recognized. I love his style, and he's got such a natural eye for elegance. On a side note, this kid has tiny hands and he can do L-cuts. That's insane.
